Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped or made available for in-store pickup within 2 days of receiving payment.
They are shipped via the carrier you selected:
- via Mondial Relay to your chosen pickup point
- via Colissimo to your chosen pickup point
- via Colissimo to your home with signature required
Shipments to a pickup point or your home can be tracked using a link we will send you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage.
Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
